As previously announced in our service letter starting the year we are writing to remind you about the upcoming change in pricing for all our subscriptions.
The reason for this increase is due to several factors including the increased cost of megabyte pricing from our inflight wifi providers this year, increased demand, technology, and equipment upgrades such as infrastructure costs and the cost of maintenance.
Starting for the upcoming March subscription, the subscription fee for each user will increase to 59$/€ per user per month.
However, we would like to assure you that this change will not affect the quality of services we provide. We will continue to develop this unique service in regards to both technology and coverage.
We will continue to offer unique services of connectivity from multiple devices with unlimited premium wifi on more than 68+ million hotspots worldwide, inflight wifi with 1GB monthly usage on more than 5,200+ aircrafts and 30+ airlines, also including the Last Mile VPN features for enhanced security.
By approving the scheduled payment for your upcoming term, you approve on these changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, would like to change number of users, or even cancel your subscription, please make sure to do so on the customer portal before your subscription renewal.
