How do I get started?
After a successful sign up and first payment of the service, you will receive two welcome emails. One Order Confirmation email which contains your log in link to your personal page. (Payment settings, Guides, News and support feeds. If you signed up for multiple users, you may also administrate your users here.)
And you will also receive a Download and Activate email with a link to download and activate the iPass app. The service can be used on multiple devices (smartphones, laptops, tablets). Simply click the link on the desired devices.
(Check your SPAM mailbox if you have not received both emails! The emails are sent from support@flexinets.se and orders@flexinets.se.

I have successfully registered. What do I do next?
Access your e-mail from your device. Open the e-mail entitled “Flexinets Global Wi-Fi App download” and follow the instructions on how to activate iPass on your supported device. If you cannot find the e-mail, check your e-mail SPAM folder or request it again on the customer portal.
Where and how do I download , install and activate the app?
Simply tap the link in the Download and Activation email on the device(s) of your choosing.
After download and installation simply tap the activation link in the email and your done! Now you can connect to millions of Wi-Fi hotspots all over the globe.
The apps can also be freely downloaded from the AppStore of your device.

I didn’t receive the activation email. How can you help?
The activation email is sent from support@flexinets.se. Please check your SPAM mailbox in case you cant find the email.
You can also resend the email from the customer portal. Login to the portal. Got to “USERS”, tick the box of the specific user, click “SELECTED USERS” and then “SEND APP INVITE”.
Please note, if you signed up for a MULTIPLE USERS / ADMINISTRATOR account you will not receive an activation email by default to your email address. You will need to create your user(s) first on the customer portal.
I have downloaded and installed the iPass application. What do I need to do next?
If you installed the iPass app using the welcome email simply, open the app to complete the setup process.If you installed the iPass app without using the welcome email, open the welcome email. It is is required to complete the setup process. Click or tap on the link to get started. The link will take you to the Self Activation web page. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see an Activate button. If the button is not currently visible, use the “tap here” link to display it, and then use it.
I haven’t received a welcome email yet.
If you have checked your trash/spam/junk folder and the email didn’t get misdirected, please request it again via the customer portal. Got to “USERS”, tick the box of the specific user, click “SELECTED USERS” and then “SEND APP INVITE”.

How many devices can I set the iPass app on?
You can set up the iPass SmartConnect on up to two devices. If you attempt to register an additional device, then the first device will be disabled.
Please note that according to our Terms and Conditions it is not allowed to share device login with other persons.
To add another user to your subscription login to the customer portal using your email address and go to USERS on the customer portal and click +ADD USER and follow the instructions. Each new user added is charged according to your subscription plan.
How many devices can I use to connect to Wi-Fi at the same time?
You can connect an additional device at the same time. But please note that airlines/wifi-operators also have the possibility to restrict the number of simultaneously users on any platform for example for performance reasons. That is not very common but also covered in the terms and conditions for this service.
What is my iPass username and password?
Good news: you don’t need to manually configure your username and password. Your username and password are set automatically and saved inside the app. If you get prompted for a username and password, please go back to the setup steps, and complete them as required.
I want to change my username and/or password
Your username and password are set automatically generated upon creation.
Password and usernames can be changed upon request by techsupport for the next upcoming term. Simply send us an email to support@flexinets.se and we will help you.
